Élan West began in Los Angeles in 2024, around a simple observation: some of the most compelling people in front of a camera had learned their confidence somewhere else—on a dance floor, in a rehearsal room, or through a creative life of their own.
Founded by a small team with roots in dance and fashion production, the agency started with informal studio introductions and a handful of emerging California talents. The idea was to bring a more personal approach to representation, with room for both individuality and professional growth.
Over the next two years, that idea developed into a focused blend of modeling and movement. Today, as we shape our 2027 catalog and print roster, we’re still guided by the same belief: a memorable presence begins with someone being entirely themselves.
